Parts Driver

The Parts Driver is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of automotive parts to customers, service technicians, and other dealership locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service abilities to ensure that parts are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver parts to customers, wholesale accounts, service departments, and other locations as directed.


• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.


• Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.


• Assist with loading and unloading parts from the delivery vehicle.


• Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the dealership’s delivery vehicle.


• Keep delivery logs and obtain customer signatures to confirm receipt of parts.


• Assist in stocking and organizing the parts department when not on deliveries.


• Follow all dealership policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws while operating the vehicle.


• Provide excellent customer service and address any delivery related inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Previous experience in a similar role or automotive industry is a plus.


• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts as needed.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is helpful but not required.


• Ability to work independently and follow delivery schedules.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts orders.
