Position: Parts Driver / Parts Puller

Compensation: $16-18 hourly

What You'll Do

The Parts Driver / Parts Puller plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of CMA’s parts department. This dual-role position involves both pulling and preparing automotive parts for orders, as well as delivering them promptly and safely to our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide friendly, professional service while representing CMA on the road.

Key Responsibilities

· Pull and organize automotive parts from inventory in response to daily orders

· Verify parts for accuracy and completeness before delivery

· Safely and efficiently load parts into the delivery vehicle

· Deliver parts to customers, dealerships, and repair shops on assigned routes in a timely manner

· Collect and document customer signatures upon delivery

· Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and accurate records of all transactions

· Inspect delivery vehicles regularly to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained

· Assist with unloading and stocking incoming parts shipments as needed

· Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers

· Follow all CMA policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

· Perform other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For 

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Prior experience in parts delivery, warehouse operations, or automotive industry preferred but not required

· Ability to lift and carry automotive parts weighing up to 30 lbs. regularly

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Familiarity with automotive parts and terminology is a plus

· Basic computer skills for inventory and delivery tracking

· Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities
