Parts Driver/Parts Personnel

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bilingual(Spanish)Parts Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of parts to various locations, ensuring excellent customer service while adhering to all safety protocols. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport parts to designated locations.


• Load and unload parts from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.


• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.


• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.


• Assist in dealership operations as needed, including inventory management and organization of parts.


• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading tasks.


• Follow all safety protocols while driving and handling materials to minimize risks.


• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.


• Familiarity with warehouse operations and customer service practices is advantageous.


• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job duties.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.


• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.


• Must be able to speak Spanish and English.
