Job Description
SOAZ – Posting ID #7897 – Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) – Administrative Services Division (ASD) is seeking a Parts Expeditor (Local Only/Onsite).
The Parts Expeditor will be responsible for a variety of vehicle/equipment parts and supply acquisitions, procurement, and warehouse activities in compliance with State Procurement Laws, ADOT, and EQS policies/procedures.
Responsibilities
- Order and purchase vehicle/equipment parts and supplies.
- Maintain Purchase Card logs and receipts for purchases.
- Perform inventory checks and reconciliations in line with EQS policies or as directed.
- Provide customer service support in person, via phone, and by email.
- Fulfill stock orders and replenish warehouse shelves with line items.
- Assist in tracking and posting Material Data Safety Sheets (MSDS) as warranted.
Required Skills
2+ years of purchasing experience
2+ years of customer service experience
