Parts Inventory Control Clerk

Berglund Chevrolet in Roanoke, VA is currently looking for a Parts Inventory Control Clerk to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our Parts Department by ensuring accurate records, timely ordering, and smooth financial reconciliation. Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Perform cashier duties for the department.
  
  


• 
  
  Order parts for the department and office supplies for the dealership and administrative offices.
  
  


• 
  
  Check ETAs for customers and provide timely updates.
  
  


• 
  
  Handle filing, reconciliation sheets, and variance sheet verifications.
  
  


• 
  
  Maintain accurate Excel records and reports (fluency in Excel required).
  
  


• 
  
  Prepare daily deposits and verify credits.
  
  


• 
  
  Send credits to customers and keep outstanding credit balances up to date.
  
  


• 
  
  Reconcile driver Exxon gas statements.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in inventory control preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
