Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Oakes Auto Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Inventory Shipping & Receiving team member. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory, supporting our service team, and keeping operations running smoothly. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• 
  

  Follow all Parts Department Core Processes

  
  


• 
  

  Sort and check in parts daily with accuracy and attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Process all inbound and outbound deliveries

  
  


• 
  

  Handle all parts returns, including core returns and vendor returns

  
  


• 
  

  Process damage claims, warranty returns, and monthly GM RIM returns

  
  


• 
  

  Perform monthly perpetual inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver and pick up parts when needed

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized parts area

  
  


• 
  

  Assist the parts department with additional tasks as needed

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in automotive parts, inventory, or shipping/receiving preferred but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to follow established processes and work independently
