About the Opportunity:
We're looking for someone special to join our flagship Colorado location in Castle Pines. As our Front Office Assistant, you'll become an integral part of our operations, with significant emphasis on parts management and invoicing - the backbone of our service business.
This position offers an exceptional learning opportunity in a growing company. You'll work directly with our founders and experienced team members, gaining invaluable insight into automotive parts systems, inventory management, and the business operations that make a successful automotive service center run smoothly.
What You'll Do:
* Manage our parts invoicing system with precision and attention to detail
* Track inventory, place orders with vendors, and ensure parts are properly received and documented
* Communicate with the service team about parts availability, pricing, and delivery timeframes
* Process warranty claims with meticulous record-keeping
* Greet customers and answer phones, creating a welcoming environment at our front desk
* Help maintain efficient shop operations through organized administrative systems
What We're Looking For:
* At least two years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
* Strong attention to detail, particularly with numbers and organization
* A warm, genuine personality
* Experience in retail, parts departments, or inventory management is a plus
* Someone who shares our belief that automotive service can and should be different
