What You’ll Do:

Be the captain of organization—no bolt or brake pad goes missing under your watch.

Lead and motivate your team (yes, coffee counts as motivation).

Manage inventory like a pro—because “we’re out of stock” isn’t in your vocabulary.

Work with service advisors and technicians to make sure everyone’s happy (and well-supplied).

Keep customers smiling by making sure they get the right part, the first time.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience managing an automotive parts department (bonus points if you can identify a part just by looking at it).

Leadership skills that inspire others to follow your lead—even on Mondays.

Strong organizational and computer skills (you don’t need to be a tech wizard, but Excel shouldn’t scare you).

A sense of humor—because life’s too short not to laugh at least once a day in the parts department.
