Responsibilities
Enforces strict adherence to established work schedules and company policies related to attendance, punctuality, and reporting standards
Develops, implements, and monitors departmental goals and performance objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business targets
Leads all aspects of talent management within the Parts Department, including recruitment, on boarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee development
Delivers a high standard of customer service by engaging with customers in a professional, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented manner
Directs and oversees collision parts inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and availability
Establishes and maintains efficient inventory control processes, ensuring all incoming parts are received, verified, and stocked in designated locations promptly
Maintains optimal inventory levels to support operational demands while minimizing excess or obsolete stock
Ensures accurate and consistent pricing of parts and accessories using approved systems, maintaining data integrity across all platforms
Promotes and enforces compliance with all workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Preferred: Minimum of two years of progressive experience in automotive parts management
Preferred: Two or more years of experience within a dealership environment
Preferred: Proficiency with CDK or similar dealership management systems
Preferred: Prior experience managing collision parts inventory
Exceptional customer service skills with a polished and professional demeanor
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to operational excellence
Ability to thrive in a structured, process-oriented work environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or industry certifications a plus
