Parts Manager

Elk Grove Power Sports is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Elk Grove, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the parts department to ensure efficient operations, excellent customer service, and optimal inventory management. This role requires strong leadership skills, a good understanding of a Parts Department, and a commitment to maintaining high standards for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and merchandising.


• Lead, train, and motivate parts staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.


• Develop and implement parts sales strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, sales, and returns.


• Collaborate with service and sales departments to support overall business objectives.


• Monitor and analyze parts department performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or similar role within the power sports or automotive industry.


• Strong knowledge of power sports parts and inventory management systems.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.


• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable plans to improve sales and efficiency.


• Proficient with computer software related to inventory and sales management.


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in management is a plus.
