What You’ll Do

As our Parts Manager, you’ll lead the department to run like a well-oiled machine:

• Keep Inventory in Check – Stock the right parts at the right time. No shortages, no overstock.

• Drive Sales & Service – Ensure customers and technicians get exactly what they need, when they need it.

• Lead & Develop Your Team – Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing crew.

• Boost Profitability – Set smart pricing, control costs, and hit your numbers.

• Keep It Safe & Compliant – Maintain a clean, safe, and regulation-ready workplace.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in automotive parts management.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control and dealership systems (DMS).

• Leadership skills that inspire teams to deliver their best.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
