We are currently seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative / Customer Care (OSR/CC) professional to join our team and manage our Western Virginia territory.

Position Overview 

• 
  

  Develop new wholesale parts accounts  

  
  

• 
  

  Grow relationships with existing customers  

  
  

• 
  

  Educate customers on Ford programs, incentives, and opportunities

  Deliver exceptional service and support  

  
  

• 
  

  Work closely with our parts sales, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure a best-in-class customer experience

  Training & Travel

  Two weeks of initial training in Richmond, Virginia

  Ongoing guidance from our Lead Outside Sales Representative

  Occasional travel to other territories for sales blitzes and training  

  
  

Schedule & Equipment

Qualifications

  Automotive industry experience is a plus

  Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
