This role’s general statement of duties and responsibilities includes:

 RIGHT PART, RIGHT PLACE, RIGHT TIME!

At TransMaster Trailers, we have two hourly roles within the Parts Department; the role currently available is an entry level opportumity in this area of our operations.

the following are sample of daily and weekly routines, that will be required of this role.

Receiving

·         Receiving Deliveries from Trucks

·         Keeping Track of where received parts are

·         Inspect Incoming parts for damage

·         Separate & Sort incoming parts per job

Inventory

·         Stocking Incoming Parts

·         Bolt and Mechanical part Inventory Counting

·         Keeping Areas well organized and clean

Shipping

·         Preparing Parts for Shipping.

o    Banding

o    Shrink Wrap

·         Preparing Parts for Outsourcing.

o    Banding

o    Shrink Wrap

Job Carts

·         Assisting Job Cart Builds When Needed

·         Unloading carts once the job is complete.

o    Tracking what parts are left on carts when the job is done

General House Keeping

·         Cleaning Parts and Stock areas

·         Organizing Old Parts, and Stock parts

·         Outside Parts Storage Organization

Shift - Second, 2pm until 12.30am; 4/10's - Monday through Thursday.
