Parts Reclaim Lead

Job Overview:

As a Parts Reclaim Lead, you demonstrate mastery in all core reclaim skills and can proficiently rotate between every workstation. You train team members, troubleshoot issues, and lead by example to support team goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor Apprentices and Technicians.


• Solve complex or recurring problems and lead continuous improvement efforts.


• Uphold and enforce high safety and quality standards on the floor.


• Lead or coordinate audits, cycle counts, and other process checks.


• Foster teamwork and positive morale across the team.
