**Job Responsibilities:**
- **Answering Phones:** Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status.
- **Customer Service:** Assist customers with parts selection, order placement, and issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Receiving and Ordering Parts:** Manage incoming parts deliveries, verify accuracy against orders, and ensure timely inventory restocking.
- **Communication with Service Department:** Collaborate with the service department to ensure accurate parts availability for repairs and maintenance.
- **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and manage reordering to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive or parts management is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service and parts management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office.
