How You Can Make an Impact
The Parts Runner will ensure the Mechanics are well stocked with parts and supplies to keep repairs and ongoing maintenance on track.  This position will manage clerical tasks and travel to pick up and run parts.  The Parts Runner must be well organized and a team player with a willingness to learn.

How You Will Contribute

• Receive, organize, store, and distribute parts, materials, and supplies.
• Inventory supplies and request or order materials as needed to maintain a stock of spare parts.
• Travel locally as needed to procure and deliver parts to Mechanics.
• Process returns when needed.
• Submit invoices and receipts with proper coding to Accounting and retain accurate records.
• File and organize paperwork to include but not limited to DVIRs and 90-day inspection reports.
• Assist Mechanics with timecards by scanning for approval.
• Assist Mechanics with light repairs.
• Assist with overall yard maintenance.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Able to maintain a clean, organized, clutter-free work area.
• Able to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule with minimal direction.

• Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred: Forklift experience.
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of automotive and/or equipment parts.
