McGraw Ford is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Parts Runner to support our Parts and Service Departments. This position plays a critical role in delivering parts, maintaining inventory flow, and ensuring our technicians and customers receive the right parts on time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up automotive parts from vendors and customers


• Transport parts between dealership locations when needed


• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory


• Verify deliveries for accuracy and completeness


• Support Parts Counter personnel during busy periods


• Maintain a clean, organized parts warehouse


• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory counts


• Provide professional customer service during deliveries and pickups


• Follow all safety and driving procedures

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Reliable attendance and punctuality


• Positive attitude and team-first mentality


• Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required


• Forklift experience is a plus
