Job Description - Parts Sales

Southaven Kia Now Hiring: Experienced Parts Sales Professional

Location: Southaven Kia – Southaven, MS

Position Overview

Southaven Kia is seeking a professional, experienced Parts Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a dealership-proven parts professional who understands the importance of accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional internal and external customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist service technicians, advisors, and retail/wholesale customers with parts identification and sales

Accurately source and order OEM Kia parts and accessories

Utilize dealership DMS and OEM catalog systems to ensure correct part selection

Process invoices, returns, credits, and special orders

Maintain proper inventory control, bin accuracy, and stocking procedures

Communicate clearly regarding pricing, availability, and ETAs

Support shop productivity by ensuring parts are delivered promptly

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter environment

Qualifications

2+ years of dealership parts experience required

Strong knowledge of OEM automotive parts and accessories

Experience with CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar DMS systems

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Professional communication and customer service skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment

Valid driver’s license
