Our growth creates this opportunity as we recruit a Parts Sales Representative. This role will handle parts sales operations and provide professional, timely, and accurate sales, fulfillment, and invoicing of equipment parts orders.

Parts Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Identify and fulfill customers’ parts needs, ensuring prompt, accurate pricing and delivery time estimates for both internal and external customers.
• Inventory Management: Take an active role in managing parts inventory—sourcing, ordering, pricing, invoicing, receiving, and shipping parts efficiently.
• Revenue Growth: Drive profitability by analyzing parts revenue and costs. Develop strategies to recover delivery expenses, expand the customer base, and grow existing client sales.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Requirements

Parts Sales Representative Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in parts sales is required.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of systems and components including hydraulics, mechanical, pneumatic, power train, electronics, air and fuel systems, and electric.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Strong decision-making abilities and effective verbal and written communication are a must.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, passing of a drug screen, and background check.
