WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Parts Specialist, you will support our customers and service teams in a fast-paced parts department, helping keep equipment up and running. You will assist external and internal customers in person at our front counter, over the phone, and through email—delivering responsive, professional service with every interaction.
In this role, you will research parts requests using online manufacturer portals and internal digital resources, process orders accurately, and proactively manage backorders. You will work closely with customers to understand their equipment and application needs, recommending related parts that support performance and minimize downtime.
Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. Clear communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates are essential.
