Parts / Service Writer

All-Star Transportation is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support our Shop Manager in the daily operations of our school bus service facility in Seymour, CT. This is an excellent opportunity to join a family-operated company that values teamwork and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager with day-to-day shop operations


• Write and prepare detailed vehicle work orders for technicians


• Coordinate and supply parts needed for vehicle maintenance and repairs


• Communicate effectively with technicians and management


• Help ensure efficient workflow within the maintenance facility

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required


• Must be 18 years of age or older


• Minimum of 2 years experience working with car, truck, or bus parts


• Mechanical knowledge strongly preferred


• Strong communication and computer skills required


• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
