Mercedes Benz of Burlington, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for an individual to join our Parts department as a Shipper/Receiver. This is a great entry-level opportunity to get your foot into the door.

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 6am-2:30pm

Pay Rate: $21/hr.

What you will do: 

• Stage & receive daily orders
• Organize & stock incoming merchandise in their respective locations
• Assist the Wholesale parts manager with picking & staging all outgoing parts for delivery
• Navigate parts catalog & assist with order processing 
• Assist drivers with loading delivery vehicles with orders
• Retrieve parts that require being returned to MBUSA
• Submit & report all parts discrepancy claims through MBUSA
• Handle all incoming & outgoing FEDEX and UPS packages and tires
• Conduct weekly parts inventory counts
• Backup for delivery driver when needed
• Keep aisles clear of obstacles & housekeeping duties 
• Interact & build repour with vendors/clients 
• Other tasks assigned by the Parts Manager

Requirements

  What you will need to be successful in this role: 

• Strong communication skills including professional phone etiquette 
• Intermediate computer skills including Excel 
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Self-motivated and results driven with a positive team-player attitude
• Must enjoy challenges and interacting with a variety of people and situations
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• DealerTrack knowledge is a plus but not required. Will train
• Prior Hazardous shipping experience is a plus but not required. Will train
• Experienced online sales a plus
• Must be 18+
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license in good standings
