Parts Shipper/Receiver-Acura of Peabody

Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is seeking a dependable and friendly full-time Parts Shipper/Receiver to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a positive, team-oriented environment with strong growth potential and excellent benefits.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday with one weekday off

Pay Rate: $21-$22/hr. based on experience

What You will Do: 

• Receive, stage, and organize daily parts orders efficiently
• Stock parts in designated areas and maintain a tidy workspace
• Assist in processing orders and navigating the parts catalog
• Assist customers at the parts counter 
• Handle incoming and outgoing packages, including tires (FEDEX, UPS)
• Participate in weekly inventory counts to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and load parts for delivery 
• Support the parts manager and provide backup for delivery drivers when required
• Interact with vendors and customers in a professional manner
• Other tasks assigned by the manager

• Strong communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely
• Reliable with a strong ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Fluent in English & Spanish 
• DealerTrack knowledge is a plus 
• Prior Hazardous shipping experience is a plus but not required; will train
• Experienced with online sales a plus
