Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Description of the role:

The Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk at Ford & Toyota of Greenfield will be responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of automotive parts in an efficient and organized manner. This position plays a key role in ensuring that parts are delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments of automotive parts


• Verify parts against packing lists and invoices


• Organize and store parts in designated locations


• Prepare and pack parts for outbound shipments


• Coordinate with carriers for timely deliveries

Requirements:

• Prior experience in shipping and receiving preferred


• Attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate forklifts


• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
