Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco is seeking a diligent and organized Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department by efficiently managing incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of parts and materials.


• Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders accurately and in a timely manner.


• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and shipments.


• Coordinate with vendors, delivery services, and internal departments to resolve shipping and receiving issues.


• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.


• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards related to shipping and receiving processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse roles preferred.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to operate shipping software and basic computer applications.


• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.


• Ability to lift and move parts and packages as needed.
