Job Summary

Quantum Mechanics NY is a fast-paced PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) company that's been in business for over 15 years with year-on-year growth. We currently work with the largest rental company in North America as well as many local dealerships, body shops and retail customers throughout the 5 boroughs, the NYC airports and New Jersey. We are seeking an individual with experience sourcing, finding the best deals and ordering parts. Your responsibilities will include performing physical inspections to determine what parts are needed (actual vs requested), finding the most competitive prices, ordering and updating order log for multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Perform physical inspections of damaged vehicles

Document parts needed for repairs

Find competitive prices and create damage estimates for review

Accurately track and record all parts ordered--dates and location

Walk the lot to date and document vehicles for parts ordered with ETA's

Pick up and drop off parts between remarketing locations and airports

Qualifications

Experience using Mitchell and CCC software to order parts

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently while meeting expectations

Must have a valid clean driver's license

Ability to communicate in English in an understandable, polite and professional manner
