Parts Specialist

Description

Edwards Motorsports in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for a Parts Specialist to join their team! As a parts counter person, you will work as a member of our parts team to facilitate requests for customers and service techs.

Responsibilities

• Working with Technicians, advisors, and customers to assist them in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions, educating them on product usage and providing advice for maintenance and installation
• Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed correctly
• Organize parts and participate in modifying displays to reflect the current inventory
• Label different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods for organization and documentation
• Participate in accepting shipments of parts, sending orders to customers and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facility

Requirements

• Previous experience with powersports parts is highly preferred
• Personal, friendly and willing to listen
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with inventory is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and a willingness to help others
