A secure, connected mobility solutions company is seeking a Parts Specialist to join their advanced operations team. In this role, you’ll support engineering and maintenance teams by managing parts inventory for cutting-edge vehicle and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage parts for prototypes and advanced vehicle systems
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and maintenance teams
• Track inventory and shipments using ERP/inventory systems
• Support shipping, receiving, and returns processes
• Participate in audits and process improvements

Requirements:

• 2+ years in parts management, warehouse, or logistics (automotive/R&D preferred)
• Proficient with ERP systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable in workshop/lab settings with light lifting

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree or technical training
• Experience with prototype vehicle builds
• Familiarity with electrical/mechanical components
