Shift: Monday thru Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

The Parts Specialist duties:

• Assist both our service staff and customers with their truck parts needs


• Answer customer questions and handle any issues that arise


• Look up Parts using our parts catalog system


• Pull and invoice parts orders for both service department and customers using the CDK system

Qualifications:

• Retail sales experience in Automotive/ Medium & Heavy Duty truck parts preferred!


• Parts experience and knowledge of medium & heavy duty trucks (Class 5,6,7 & 8)


• Demonstrates good communication and customer service skills


• Demonstrates professionalism in the workplace


• Must pass a drug test, physical & background check


• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age


• Must be able to frequently lift 10 - 75 lbs. without assistance
