Job Description - Parts Specialist

Job Summary: Assures proper control of the parts inventory by keeping warehouse stocked and organized, delivers and picks up parts and equipment for the dealership.

Essential Duties

Stocks and posts incoming orders.

Bringing stock order in from drop off pad.

Check in parts shipped. Reconcile packing slip with the number of items shipped as well as matching part numbers

Makes sure number of pieces reconciles with the shipping manifest.

Notifies appropriate parties when special order parts arrive.

Keeps parts area clean and uncluttered.

Maintains professional appearance.

Maintain clean and truck assigned

Notify dispatcher staff of all returns

Assist in inspection and restocking of all returns as needed

Ensure all outbound parts go out each day

Pick up parts from other local Dealers

Drop off of hot shot parts to local Wholesale customers

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm

Saturday 7:30am-12pm

License/Certification:

Valid Driver's License
