Parts Support Specialist

Department: Parts Supports Specialist 

Reports to: Corporate Parts Manager

Purpose

This entry level position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supplying customers with timely & accurate information regarding accounts, products, rates, & services offered.

Responsibilities

? Providing excellent customer service to service department In-store Customers

? Complete orders by pulling parts, preparing them for delivery and ensuring timely receipt

? Locating and obtaining merchandise for customers, whether in stock, out-of-stock or non-stocked merchandise

? Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly

? Accurately loading & unloading product carefully to prevent damage

? Drives company vehicles in a safe, courteous and responsible manner

? Responsible for cleanliness and standard maintenance of delivery vehicles as well as observing company safety procedures

? Assist in keeping parts department and vehicles clean and orderly

? Assist with warehouse receiving, cycle counts, Machine Down and Surplus Returns

? Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments

? Routinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge 

? High School diploma or equivalent experience

? Experience connecting with fellow employees, maintain professional image, establish rapport

? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independence

? Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to complete various activities in a warehouse setting that requires continuous standing, carrying, bending, stretch, kneeling, and squatting
• Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time
