Parts / Warehouse / Associate

The Parts Warehouse Representative serves our customers as well as ships and receives products. We are looking for a dedicated employee with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills to help support our growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fills and prepares orders for shipment and to inventory


• Receives parts and backorder parts


• Track warranty parts for return or scrapping


• Helps manage bin and parts locations to verify inventory records


• Addresses any discrepancies in parts inventory


• Determines the proper mode of transportation for parts shipments


• Ensures workplace and warehouse are free of hazards


• Loads and unloads cargo


• Work collaboratively on a team


• Perform all other duties as assigned


• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers


• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required


• Excellent customer service skills


• 2+ years warehouse experience


• Highly motivated, self-starter


• Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player


• Basic computer skills


• Experience in automotive a plus

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Required to move throughout the parts shelves all-day, reaching and climbing to obtain parts from inventory


• Stand six to eight hours during a shift


• Must be able to lift up to forty pounds


• Must be able to climb at least two flights of stairs


• Will be exposed to noise, dust and exhaust fumes, paint and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials


• Ability to work in various working conditions both indoors and outdoors, including but not limited to extreme heat and/or cold, and rain


• Ability to kneel, bend, and/or reach above the shoulders
