Parts Warehouse Associate

Exciting opportunity for the Parts Warehouse position! The ideal candidate will play a key role in receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing automotive parts to ensure efficient inventory management and exceptional customer service. Parts experience is welcome; however, we are willing to train.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Receive incoming parts shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders


• Inspect and identify any damaged or defective parts; report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel


• Organize and label parts for easy storage and retrieval


• Perform daily cycle count


• Maintain accurate inventory records


• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in customers and phone inquiries related to parts availability and pricing


• Process parts orders, shipments and assist in the completion of necessary paperwork


• Maintain a clean and organized parts warehouse, ensuring a safe working environment


• Delivery and Pick-up parts from vendor as needed


• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain compliance with regulations


• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Basic computer proficiency


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed


• Adherence to company dress code and professional standards


• Must be able to navigate through the Parts Warehouse and access a storage areas and shelving through activities such as stretching, squatting, and reaching


• Required frequently: Standing, walking, sitting, stooping, squatting, reaching below, at, and above shoulder level may be required. Push/pull, lift parts up to 50 lbs.


• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock
