Parts Warehouse - Porsche Austin

Porsche Austin is looking for a Parts Warehouse person to join our team of experienced professionals!

Job Summary:

The Parts Warehouse person receives, organizes, stocks, and pulls automotive parts and accessories. They ensure service technicians and counter sales have accurate inventory, managing freight shipments, physical stocking, and logs in inventory management system.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receiving: Unload freight trucks, check incoming boxes against packing slips, and report missing or broken items.


• Stocking: Put parts away in correct bin numbers, shelves, or racks.


• Order Pulling: Gather parts for service mechanics, wholesale buyers, or retail customers.


• Inventory Control: Help perform routine cycle counts and stock audits.


• Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and free of clutter.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to use inventory management system


• Detail oriented, can pay close attention to part numbers and labels
  

Education and Experience:

• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.


• Works in a warehouse environment.


• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
