Patrick Hyundai is seeking a dedicated Parts Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts warehouse, overseeing inventory management, and leading a team to support our service department efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the parts warehouse to ensure accuracy and efficiency.


• Maintain and manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and distributing parts.


• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.


• Coordinate with service and sales departments to fulfill parts requests promptly.


• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies within the warehouse.


• Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records.


• Manage vendor relationships and participate in ordering parts when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or parts management, preferably in the automotive industry.


• Strong organizational and leadership skills.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.


• Ability to lift and move parts as needed.
