Parts Wholesale associate

We’re hiring an experienced Wholesale Parts Associate to join our team and support our growing wholesale business. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in automotive parts wholesale who understands urgency, accuracy, and customer service.

What you’ll do

  Handle wholesale parts sales from quote to invoice

  
  


• 
  

  Process orders accurately and follow through to fulfillment

  
  


• 
  

  Support customers with pricing, availability, and delivery coordination

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain strong relationships with shops and wholesale accounts

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the parts and service teams to ensure smooth execution

  
  

What we’re looking for

• 
  

  Automotive parts experience required (wholesale experience strongly preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record of performance, reliability, and accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
