Parts Wholesale Counter Person

Description of the role:

Assist retail and wholesale customers procure parts by phone, face to face, and electronic platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Look up and order correct parts using electronic catalogs and dealer systems


• Provide accurate price quotes, parts availability, and product information


• Process parts sales, returns, and exchanges quickly and accurately

Qualifications:

• Prior automotive parts or retail counter sales experience strongly preferred (General Motors a major plus)


• Strong computer skills and familiarity with a parts catalog system


• Phone skills with strong communication skills
