Parts/Estimating/Blueprinting Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Parts / Estimating / Blueprinting Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate repair planning, efficient parts procurement, and seamless workflow from estimate to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimating & Blueprinting
  
  
  
  • Create accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
  
  
  • Perform thorough blueprinting of vehicles/equipment to identify all necessary repairs before work begins.
  
  
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure estimates reflect actual repair needs.
  
  
  
  


• Parts Management
  
  
  
  • Source, order, and track parts to ensure timely delivery.
  
  
  • Verify parts accuracy upon arrival and manage returns for incorrect or damaged items.
  
  
  • Maintain organized parts storage and inventory records.
  
  
  
  


• Workflow Coordination

• Communicate with insurance adjusters, vendors, and customers regarding estimates and parts status.


• Support production scheduling by ensuring all parts and repair plans are ready before work starts.


• Document all work and updates in the management system.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in parts management, estimating, or blueprinting (collision repair or related industry preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).


• Proficiency with estimating software and parts ordering systems.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
