We are a reputable heavy-duty truck shop, an authorized Autocar dealer specializing in Cummins and Battles Motors. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Writer and Parts Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in truck parts and mechanical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with service inquiries and provide accurate information regarding parts and services.

- Maintain organized records of service orders and parts inventory.

- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Utilize knowledge of truck parts to assist in identifying and sourcing necessary components.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role within the automotive or heavy-duty truck industry.

- Strong knowledge of truck parts and mechanical systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- A valid CDL  license is a plus. (NOT NEEDED, but would be a huge plus)
