PAS Scheduler

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PAS Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day schedules for our field staff, ensuring timely visits and efficient workflow. The PAS Scheduler is an essential part of our agency and the Personal Assistance Services (PAS) program, helping deliver dependable care by managing schedules, resolving conflicts, and supporting smooth communication between staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain daily schedules for PAS field staff.


• Handle scheduling requests, changes, cancellations, and urgent needs in a timely manner.


• Communicate with staff and clients to confirm schedules and resolve conflicts.


• Track visit completion and follow up on missed or delayed visits.
  


• Generate and review scheduling reports to monitor efficiency and compliance.


• Stay up-to-date with policies and requirements from MCOs, HHSC, and other regulatory entities.


• Collaborate with PAS Coordination, Field Supervisors, and management to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.


• Previous scheduling or administrative experience; healthcare or home care background preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.


• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn agency software and EVV systems.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
