Pastry:

Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment with the highest of quality food. Experience in pastry is required, with a willingness to learn new skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

General knife handling

Kitchen cleanliness/sanitation

Baking and building cakes

Making sauces, brioche buns, and seasonal desserts

Pastry plating

Pastry production

Organization skills

Requirements:

2 years experience

Basic knowledge of line service

Cake making

Cake decorating

Ice cream/sorbet

Bread making

Ability to follow a recipe

Ability to work in a fast paced ticket service

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
