Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute a variety of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards.

Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for seasonal offerings.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and product consistency.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.

Maintain an upbeat, professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a pastry or baking role, preferably in a fine dining setting.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays as needed.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
