What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of artisan bread production, baking techniques, and dessert development
• Creativity balanced with operational excellence
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to quality
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage production across multiple locations
• Experience training and developing culinary teams
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to continuously improve

• Create and develop innovative dessert menus and seasonal features for all restaurants
• Design, test, and implement artisan bread programs across multiple concepts
• Lead production standards, recipes, and presentation consistency company-wide
• Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams on pastry and bread techniques
• Source high-quality ingredients and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Monitor food cost, labor efficiency, and production processes
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, creativity, and execution
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously bring fresh ideas to the table
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs and culinary leadership on menu development and special events
