Pastry Production Cook – Èlephante, Scottsdale
Pay: $21–$23/hour (based on experience)

Èlephante Scottsdale is looking for a skilled and dependable Pastry Production Cook to support our high-volume kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about pastry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow with a dynamic culinary team.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and produce a wide range of pastries and baked goods following company recipes and standards 
• Execute large-volume production efficiently and with attention to quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area, following food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Work independently or as part of a small team to meet production goals.
• Follow prep lists and production schedules set by management.

Who You Are:

• 1–2 years of experience in pastry or baking in a high-volume restaurant or bakery.
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working solo or collaboratively with a small team.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks and working in a hot kitchen environment.
• Adaptable and able to stay focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting.
• Flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain).
• Completion of in-house prep training (provided upon hire).
• Prior prep or line cook experience in a high-volume culinary operation preferred.
