What you will be doing:

• Work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.


• Engage in all aspects of patent litigation including pleadings, written discovery, brief writing, taking and defending depositions, and court appearances.

Experience you will need:

• 6-7 years of patent litigation experience.


• Excellent academic credentials.


• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.


• Must be admitted in New York.
