Patent Litigation Associate - Junior to Mid-Level

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm and a recognized leader in technology and life sciences law, is seeking junior to mid-level Patent Litigation Associates with 1 to 6 years of experience (law school class of 2019 to 2024 ONLY). Candidates will join high-tech and life sciences patent litigation practices across multiple offices. This is a unique opportunity to work with top-tier attorneys on cutting-edge matters.
 

]Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support patent litigation cases from discovery through trial.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and briefs related to patent disputes.
• Work collaboratively with clients, experts, and internal teams on complex technology and life sciences issues.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Stay current with relevant patent law developments and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 1–6 years of patent litigation experience.
• Law school graduation between 2019 and 2024.
• Admission or eligibility to sit for or waive into the bar in the jurisdiction of the office applying to.
• Superior academic credentials and a stable professional background.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Background or degrees in technology or life sciences preferred but not required.
