A bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate or equivalent experience within a patent law firm and/or in-house patent department. At least 4-years of experience with US patent administrative, docketing, and paralegal work. International (PCT) experience is also helpful. A genuine interest and some knowledge of the patent process, laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A keen eye on details and excellent organizational skills. The ability to work well in teams as well as under your own initiative. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. The Position reports to: Director Patent Unit US
