About the Role
We’re a fast-paced, multi-provider primary care clinic in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, looking for a Patient Access Coordinator to join our front office team. This role is essential in ensuring providers meet daily patient goals and that patients receive timely care.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage patient appointments for multiple providers
- Make outbound calls to schedule or confirm appointments
- Help achieve daily patient volume goals
- Maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Coordinate follow-ups and reschedules as needed
- Use eClinicalWorks (ECW) to manage scheduling and patient records
- Follow visit booking rules and guidelines.
Qualifications
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
5+ years of experience working in a primary care or medical office setting
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is required
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commute to our Brooklyn clinic Monday–Friday
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Associates or bachelor’s preferred.
