Patient Access Representative / Check-in Desk

Join our healthcare team as a Patient Access Representative / Check-in, where you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients as they begin their visit. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details upon arrival

- Collect and update patient information, including insurance and personal data

- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation

- Manage patient check-in processes efficiently using electronic health record systems

- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow

- Address patient inquiries and provide guidance on clinic procedures

Skills and Qualifications:
