CLEVELAND AREA HOSPITAL is an independent, self-managed Critical Access Hospital, half an hour west of Tulsa, Oklahoma. BENEFITS:
POSITION SUMMARY: Schedules, confirms, and maintains patient diagnostic appointments and OP services. Performs screenings with patients for applicable exams. Notifies patients of procedure prep, direction, and expected payment at time of arrival. Pre-registers accounts and updated demographics for all scheduled patients.

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Note: The Patient Access Department provides patient care 24/7. To provide the highest quality care to our patients, individuals may be required to work beyond their scheduled shifts and must comply with Cleveland Area Hospital’s attendance policy. This includes holidays and inclement weather. Employees are expected to arrive at their positions in uniform and using the hospital time system, and be clocked in promptly at the beginning of their shift.
